1. Purpose:
These Terms and Conditions of Use aim to define the conditions of access and use of the RealimVet website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), intended for animal health professionals (veterinarians and veterinary nurses/technicians).
Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description:
RealimVet is an online calculator designed to generate an assisted enteral feeding plan for hospitalized dogs and cats. Based on the data entered by the user, the tool provides indicative nutritional recommendations.
The calculator is a clinical decision-support tool and in no way replaces the analysis, diagnosis, or clinical judgment of a qualified veterinarian.

3. Intended Audience:
The Site is strictly intended for veterinary health professionals.
It is not designed for use by private individuals or pet owners.

4. Responsibilities:
4.1 User Responsibility:
The user is solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of the data entered on the site (weight, anorexia duration, energy density, number of meals),
• checking and interpreting the results,
• applying them clinically, taking into account the patient's health status, comorbidities, and progression.

The user expressly acknowledges that RealimVet does not provide medical prescriptions, but technical support based solely on the inputted data.

4.2 Publisher’s Liability Limitation:
Although the site has been developed with care, the publisher does not guarantee the absence of errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the calculator's results.
As a result:

• The publisher shall not be held liable for medical decisions made based on the site’s output.
• No liability shall be incurred in the event of a deterioration in a patient's condition, even if the applied protocol directly follows the plan provided by the calculator.
• The publisher disclaims all liability for any error arising from:
  • technical malfunction of the site,
  • incorrect or incomplete data entry,
  • misinterpretation or inappropriate application of the results,
  • or any use outside a professional veterinary context.

The user remains fully responsible for the medical and nutritional management of the patient.

5. Medical Disclaimer:
RealimVet is a support tool intended to assist the clinical reasoning of veterinary professionals. It does not replace a clinical examination, a specialist opinion, or a medical decision based on a full assessment of the patient.
No generated protocol should be applied without critical analysis and individual adaptation by the veterinarian in charge of the case.

6. Intellectual Property:
All elements of the site, including the name, content, logo, interface, and calculator engine, are protected under French intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Personal Data:
The site does not collect or store any personal or medical data.
All input is used solely for temporary calculation purposes and is neither saved nor analyzed afterward.

8. Service Modifications:
The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the site at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing that, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
